Hacienda Latin Restaurant
There’s no such thing as too many cooks in the kitchen at Hacienda Latin Restaurant. It’s run by a Dominican family, including four sisters and their mother, and they work together to prepare flavor-packed, homestyle Dominican dishes made to order. Their menu evolves constantly, but at the moment it includes everything from breakfast dishes such as mashed green plantains with eggs to the Sancocho, a type of slow-cooked vegetable stew. In fact, fried green plantains make their presence throughout the menu—enjoy them as a side dish, appetizer, or alternative neck pillow.
