I heard the zoom process is 4 15 minute treatments. Is this true?

Brad k.  asked on  Nov 2, 2012

A:

The gel remains in place for 15 minutes while the light is activated. During this time, you can relax, watch TV or listen to music.

Q:

How painful is this process for very sensitive teeth?

carolyn h.  asked on  Nov 1, 2012

A:

We recommend that you use sensodyne before the treatment. Also, we can limit the treatment to only the teeth that are visible when you smile to help decrease exposure.

Haddonfield D.  from  Merchant  replied on  Nov 1, 2012

A:

According to their website, "Zoom may cause extreme sensitivity during treatment. Before you Zoom! We recommend that you use Sensodyne for a week." If you have further concerns, please call (856) 857-0400. They will be able to ask you further questions to determine whether the treatment would be okay for you.

Q:

if i buy the package, come in and after the x-ray and exam you tell me i cannot get the whitening done, do i get any money back?

bryan r.  asked on  Oct 31, 2012

A:

You can call the office and we are glad to answer any specific concerns you may have about your ability to have the whitening procedure. For the most part, those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have active decay, or active periodontal disease, should not have whitening. Also, the whitening does not whiten crowns or other dental work. It only whitens natural teeth.

Q:

If you do not want to take xrays, can you still have the procedure done?

Donna P.  asked on  Oct 29, 2012

A:

Unfortunately, it's part of the treatment. Please give the office a call at (856) 857-0400 with any concerns.
