I love my new look! It’s been years since I did anything to my hair and she did an amazing job; she took her time, was very honest, communicative throughout, patient, and I enjoyed talking to her which made time fly. Definitely will be going back!

I love my new hair! But also, I appreciate Krystle’s patience with me. She was helpful in giving feedback and suggestions and she also took the time to explain the science behind the treatments. She’s also upfront if something would cost extra and asks you first if you are okay with it, and doesn’t make false promises so you know what to expect. Overall, love the result, love the service!

Krystle was great! Like I said earlier, I immediately felt comfortable talking to her. I also felt comfortable with my hair in her hands... Meaning she asked all the right questions, gave suggestions and didn't make me feel like she wanted to chop my hair off or that she didn't understand what I wanted. I ended up with the exact hairstyle I was looking for. I am very happy!
