I bought one for haircut and one for hair color, but did not realize that this was for new clients only. Is there a way to get a refund? I think it should have been more clear that it was for new clients only!

Joann all the rules were describe in the fine print, however you can contact Groupon and they will refund your money back. For existing clients we offer groupon rewards, you can register and get the benefits.
