I asked for some highlights and specifically stated I didn't like the "orange" tint in my hair. After Phil was done, I looked like Bozo the Clown - My hair was ORANGE like a carrot. It was so bad that I stayed in the house for 3 days while I waited for Amazon to deliver a box of brown dye to cover it. The cut was very crooked and uneven and I even had long strands in 3 different spots where he didn't cut it at all. One side was at least an inch shorter than the other. I had to pay someone else to even out the cut. I didn't respond right away because I was SO mad.
