After waiting while this stylist worked on two other people's hair during my appointment time this stylist charged me an additional $60 on top of what I paid for my Groupon for installing 9 packs of pre looped , pre braided box braids... she claimed the additional money was for the extra work she had to do even though she did nothing more than crochet it in. Horrible! Terrible service. She doesn’t know what a silk press is and doesn’t have the correct tools or products to do a silk press. She also charged me another $25 because she says pressing or flat ironing my hair after blow drying it isn’t included in a silk press on top of what i paid for the Groupon. I would not go back to her or refer her to anyone else. I left her chair very unsatisfied.
