What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I have a combined total of 12 years in customer service and behind the chair experience as well as extensive training through Aveda. I use high end products like Morrocan Oil, Wella, and Redken because your hair deserves the best! Good hair isn’t just a privilege, it’s a right!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am a free spirit whose passion is not only in making hair fantastic, but also in making people feel good in his or her own skin. I couldn’t do that in a hair factory where people were just time slots. You’re not my 4:00, you’re Jayne, with the adorable twins and gorgeous red hair!
What do you love most about your job?
I have time to give each guest the attention that they need! I schedule the appointments therefore I can decide how long each guest needs to be in my chair. You will always leave the salon with date hair, and I expect you not to waste it!!
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
“you’re haircut is the reason we’re ..um.. expecting” Note: This is a 100% true story!
