I don't get my get haircut often so I appreciated that Kara took the time to discuss my hair type and what I was trying to achieve. She took her time cutting sections and rather than cut more bangs, we could add more later if needed. My hair is straight so any uneven cuts are noticable.
Kara also assisted with scheduling and was prompt for the appointment.

Kara was absolutely amazing! She did an EXCELLENT job fitting me in last minute. The Keratin Treatment in my hair looks absolutely amazing! I am extremely happy and impressed. I relocated here awhile back and I honestly feel she will be my local beautician. Not to mention she is right around the corner from my house, which is an added bonus! I would give her more stars if I could! This salon is Newport News, best kept secret!
