I was 20’ late and i asked if possible to still have the app was told yes. Took 1h until she started and despite showing a pic as reference my hair was too light. I mentioned it in a nice calm way. From that moment on the hairdresser flipped, acting extremely rude, visibly triggered making me wait for 4 h intentionally, then charging me 180 extra, never being mentioned there are additional costs.
