Myself and my daughter had a great experience. She was so knowledgeable and accommodating. She listened to exactly what my daughter wanted and the results were awesome! We felt completely comfortable and left feeling beautiful!

Shirley did a great job reviving my over processed hair. I had been trying to color my roots on my own. I had been adding layers of color onto my hair making it very dark on the surface, with grey underneath. Shirley was able to fix it. She also cut and styled my hair giving my hair a nice lift, along with my my self. I am very grateful for having my hair looking so good. Thanks Shirley.

I LOVED my experience at hair waves of Osterville with Shirley! Salons usually give me a lot of anxiety but Shirley was so welcoming and understanding. She gave me a beautiful subtle highlight with a modern (much needed) cut that I love!

Left 3 stars the night of my appt (didn’t want to seem emotionally charged). Owner was unfriendly at best. At worst she was loudly expressing her distaste for folks on unemployment during a global pandemic. Professional! Stylist was so sweet, but I showed her a picture of balayage I wanted, to which she replied “that’s not a balayage,” then proceeded to give me uneven, Tony the Tiger highlights.
