Every time I went to this restaurant, there was only one server. Almost ever time I went there was a different one. It is amazing how one person could serve so many tables. Most often than not, you don't find the services was being comprmised. This time is particularly good. The food is great. Especially the fired tempura. If I am not mistaken, I think there is one person working at the kitchen bar. And amazingly enough, the food is great and promptly served. You got to try this few people-run restaurant. I love it. 10/22/2016.
