About Hamilton Tap and Grill
When they founded Hamilton Tap and Grill back in August of 2018, Debbie and Rick Macaluso set out to create a local hot spot that was easy to love. Here, the family-friendly atmosphere would become the spot to cheer on favorite sports teams, celebrate personal victories and milestones, and where all were treated like beloved friends. Rick and Debbie aren't new to the restaurant scene (they own local favorite Woody's Towne Cafe in Allentown, and partnered up with a restaurant group that owns Morris Tap and Grill in Randolph, as well as Paragon Tap and Table in Clark), and they recruited local friends to help create the restaurant they envisioned. Manager Danny Longstreet (whose resume includes opening up restaurants with the Brinker Corporation, bar manager at Santinos and Dublin Square, general manager/bar manager at the Auld Dubliner in CA) and Chef Scott Martin (whose bio includes developing culinary knowledge at the Historic Brick Hotel in Newtown PA, Chef/Operator at Shore Restaurant in Delray Beach, FL and Chow284 in Bucks County, PA) partenered up with Rick and Debbie to help create the menu, the atmosphere, and the restaurant.
Together, the team set out to build a haven where friends can enjoy fresh, flavorful dishes alongside a selection of local and rare draft beers that distinguish Hamilton Tap and Grill from other local pubs. Now passing their one year anniversary, Hamilton continues to churn out an array of locally crafted beers, chef-inspired burgers, and traditional American fare, while the welcoming camaraderie and friendliness of both the staff and the patrons make Hamilton Tap and Grill stand out.
