What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was attending college for a business degree and purchased this business while there. It has become my sole source of income and my pride. I love what I do and do it well because it provides for my children.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am able to change people's minds about window washers. I love being outside while I work and meeting new people. I enjoy making the dirtiest windows clean and seeing the reactions of my clients.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
There was a client of mine who told me not to worry about washing a section of her house because the windows had never been cleaned and that the windows were over 100 years old. They were very dirty but I decided to surprise her and washed them anyway. Her reaction was priceless. They looked new!
