Mike was on time and was very pleasant! I was having problems with the garage motor and even if it was not part of the groupon, he helped by answering my questions and giving me advice on how to fix it. Tune up took no more than 30 minutes! Thanks Mike! Definitely found our go-to door guy thanks to Groupon.

Our garage door is almost 20 yrs old and I’m guessing it’s never been serviced. Recently, it started making a lot of noise. I ordered the Groupon for safety check/maintenance. We were able to get an appointment in just a couple of days. We received a call within the promised time frame and Freddy bowed up on time, was polite and professional and quickly performed maintenance and resolved our issue

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Grandpa took a job installing garage doors in the early 1960's. With his engineering and business background, he quickly developed a plan, which laid the foundation for the Haney Door Service of today!
What do you love most about your job? Every phone call is an opportunity to help someone. All of us at Haney Door look at every job as a puzzle, requiring deep-though and root-cause analysis to determine what happened and why. We love jobs that make us think. We love doors.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Once we installed a garage door opener for an elderly lady. Her kids chipped in to buy the opener for her. It turned out to be the first opener she had ever owned and became emotional when she saw it lifting the door for her. She went on to say she didn't know how she lived without it!
