60/90 minute Swedish massage includes a full body massage with light-med/firm pressure 

60 minute Deep tissue massage includes a full body massage or just focusing on certain areas for pain relief and mobility

Lymphatic drainage: This technique is gentle and promotes proper movement of lymph fluid, this would be a good choice for those with chronic illness or condition that causes inflammation or swelling, or those who have recently gone under surgery in order to promote healing (must be 6 weeks post op or cleared by a physician.)

cupping : Silicone cups are used in various places the cups will be moving and then still in areas of need, a massage will follow this technique is great for blood flow to areas of concern. ( may cause marking on the body)
