During a week of horseback-riding sessions, children learn to groom horses, develop riding skills, participate in fun activities, and soak up lectures about horsemanship, riding.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We want to connect people to the joy and challenges of learning to ride a horse, while developing the skills and knowledge to have fun riding and to be safe around horses. Learn to ride English or Western and grow with our well structured levels.

What is the experience customers can expect?
We offer a range of experiences from lessons to lecture to social activities as part of our riding programs. We also have special summer programs for kids offered on a weekly basis.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are a riding school dedicated to developing riders from age 6 on up. Whether you have always dreamed of riding a horse or you have ridden before and want to get back in the saddle, Hansen Dam Riding School can help you meet your goals.

What do you love most about your job?
We love to bring together people and horses! There is no greater joy than seeing someone develop a relationship and a partnership with a horse, whether on the ground or in the saddle.
