Happiness Yoga is a traditional yoga learning center having two studios, one located in Lorton, VA, USA and the other in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
We combine practice of various forms of yogic elements such as Pranayama (Breathing exercise), Dhyan (Meditation), Sukshma Vyayam (Flexibility & stretching exercises), Asanas (Physical postures), Kriya (Cleansing processes), Mudra, Bandha (Yogic Lock), Tratak (Lamp Gazing) and Yoga Philosophy in our traditional yogasana classes. All these in a simple, engaging and light way that brings a feeling of relaxation, happiness, and peace to the practicing bodies.
Whether you are very new to the term "Yoga" or an Advanced yogi, we have a niche for everyone. To serve different levels of practitioners and to provide our students with more variations and joy, we also offer Gentle flow, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Restorative and Aerobics classes regularly. We conduct the class in an engaging and fun way of contemplating the strength, stamina and flexibility levels of different individuals. Each class is designed that brings physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing to the lives.
