Q:

I want to buy this as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. Can I put it in their name only?

GERALD F.  asked on  Jun 7, 2012

A:

Sure! To purchase a Groupon as a gift, select the deal from your daily email or directly on www.groupon.com, and then click the blue "Give as a Gift" link after clicking the "Buy" button. Fill in the gift message and recipient information on the next page. This will be displayed if you choose to send the gift via email. Click save, fill in your payment information on the next page, and click "Confirm Order."

If you want to purchase gifts for multiple people, you will have to make separate transactions. Please note that we include the purchase price on all Groupons (including gifts) so that they can be redeemed for that amount after the expiration date. This is required by expiration laws and simplifies the post-expiration redemption process for customers and businesses.

If you have trouble, please email us at support@groupon.com or call us at 877-788-7858. We’ll be happy to help!
