Q:

Hello, I am interested in purchasing this for myself, my husband, my parents who are visiting from England and my two children who I understand I would need to buy $10 each ticket. My question is, my father is disabled and before I purchase the ticket would like to know if there is disabled access to the top of the boat or is it just stairs to get up on the top deck? thankyou

Nicola W.  asked on  Jun 25, 2014

A:

Thanks for your inquiry. All of our vessels only have stairs to access the upper decks. With this in mind your Uncle will only have access to the lower deck. There are windows on this deck which allows you to view the scenery. We do have customers in wheelchairs that enjoy sailing on the lower deck. Hope this information helps!

Q:

I'm thinking of purchasing the Harbour Tour for 4. One of the participants is 10 years old. Would that ticket work for him also.

Claudette F.  asked on  Jun 24, 2014

A:

Folks aged 5 to 11 are considered children. Child's tickets are $10 each with the business. Unfortunately, as the 10-year-old would not be considered an adult, you would not be able to use the Tour for 4 adults option.
