Q:

I don't suppose you offer childcare? Any groupon buyers interested in splitting cost of a sitter for the classes?

Bryan B.  asked on  Sep 7, 2013

A:

Bryan, we do not offer childcare. Sorry!

Q:

I noticed that the offer expires in 90 days. My fiance and me would love to commit to the program but he has a surgery in October and could not start the program until after his recovery which would be November (which is in 90 days). My question is, do you have to have the 5 weeks completed before the 90 days or do you just have to start your 5 weeks before the 90 days expire? Thanks

sara e.  asked on  Sep 9, 2013

A:

Sara, you must start the program by the 90th-day. And then it would run 5-consecutive weeks from that date. Go ahead and get it, you won't regret it.

Q:

Hi, it looks like from what I am reading that you can't miss a day. What if something comes up and I can't make it unexpectedly? Also, I am confused about the class length is it 30 minutes or an hour? thanx!

Dana  asked on  Sep 6, 2013

A:

Dana, that is correct and things will come up...that's why Saturday is your makeup day. With the warmup, the workout, and the stretching cool down...class runs 1-hour. Actual workout times are normally less than 25-minutes due to there intensity.

Q:

Hi, Because mu schedule changes, when I close at night . Can some days come at 9am and then some days come in at 12pm. Also once buying groupon can we start straight away like next Monday.

Tania R.  asked on  Sep 6, 2013

A:

Tania, we offer 10-classes per day so you can take any one during your boot camp. You're not locked into a specific time frame. Regarding your start date, you will have to contact the Boynton location to find that out. We look forward to having you!

Q:

Do I have to do 5 days in a row or can I go Monday-Thursday and Saturday?

Sherri L.  asked on  Sep 5, 2013

A:

Sherrie, yes you can do Mon-Thurs then complete Sat as the 5th day.

Q:

I would have to commit to 5 days a week for 5 weeks. If I was to be there M-F or one Sat to fill in those days, and can only do evening hours on the weekdays I could be there by 5 or 6 each night. How long do the classes take? And how soon do I have to start as I have surgery scheduled 10/10 and can't lift anything for a week after. I could start now or after I am cleared for surgery?

Kym F.  asked on  Sep 5, 2013

A:

Kym, start whenever it's best for you. The actual exercise portion of the classes are no longer than 20-minutes due to their high intensity. But with the warmup at the beginning, and the stretch cool down at the end of class, all classes take 1-hour from front to back.

Q:

After the 5 weeks are up, are we obligated to purchase an additional 5 weeks? Can we do more than 1 class in a day?

Janay H.  asked on  Sep 3, 2013

A:

Janay, you are not obligated to purchase anything after your 5-week commitment. But statistically, 70% of groupon purchasers become long-term clients...so we believe if our service is done properly, you will want to be a client. We don't recommend doing more than 1-class per day since our workouts are so hard. Even Navy SEALS struggle with them.

Q:

Understand sat is a make up, but I travel for work. If I can only do 3 days one week will my groupon not be honored. I travel sometimes on sat too. Sorry, would love to join but sometimes I'm not here. Advise. Thanks.

Donna G.  asked on  Sep 3, 2013

A:

Donna, I completely understand. I wish it could work for you. Please consider us if you're schedule changes:)
