This cross-training approach minimizes the time spent in the studio while maximizing each session's effectiveness, helping students get fit without needing to annex extra calendar space. Even with this efficiency at its core, the studio still fosters a sense of community; students can come in for nutrition education, fitness conditioning, mens-only yoga, yoga barre and cross fusion, or even get the next generation involved through youth yoga or Kids Club babysitting sessions.
