One-hour classes take place once a week for four weeks. They're held on Tuesdays in September at Deering Oaks Park from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Trainers provide Hardcore Hoops for class use or they can be purchased separately. The hoops are weighted for easy use by all levels of hoopers.

Hardcore Hooping also offers rental packages for events and leads high-energy fitness classes.
