About Harlem on Fifth
Comedian Larry David and Miles Davis' drummer Jimmy Cobb are just two of the many notables that have dropped into Harlem on Fifth to soak up the speakeasy vibe and and live jazz. The throwback restaurant and jazz club dishes out Southern comfort food with a craft spin, such as five specialty mac n cheese's that make picking an appetizer as hard as picking one of the specialty drinks. Entrées run from buttermilk fried chicken with red waffles to lemon glazed salmon, with stops for candied yams and sweet potato fries. True to its speakeasy theme, Harlem on Fifth features an extensive drink menu that includes NY-brewed craft beers and specialty wine cocktails. They offer brunch in the daytime, jazz and spoken word at night, and hookahs for whenever you want to kick back and practice your smoke-cursive.
