About A Chat with Hart For Health
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Working out should be fun! Most people are not addicted to exercise, so it is my job to provide a fun energetic environment on top of your results focused workout.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Successful workouts require a great playlist, high energy, and customized moves that you respond to. Everyone is different and that's why your workout is as customized as possible to ensure you get the results you want and have fun along the way.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Years ago I lost track of my health, and with that my confidence and ability to handle everyday stresses. Once I realized how critical health is to self empowerment, I realized this is my path to helping people in a positive long lasting way.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that people are willing to let me into their lives, share their goals, and that I get to be the one to help them make those changes. I also love hearing "oh man that's a good workout" and "We're done already? Wow." To me, those comments mean I am doing my job right.
