What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
HIIT Bootcamp is a fast paced class that utilizes a short sprint interrupted by a brief rest. Each interval consists of many different types of exercise to boost your metabolism and shred body fat. Our Strength and Conditioning class uses traditional lifts to improve strength & lean muscle mass.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our programs include friendly competition and are based on results. We like to make each workout mean something more than just checking another box for the day. We create a community and environment that feels more like a team than a class.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted to create something that was more than just a workout. I wanted people to get results while being part of something. This influence comes from my time in the Marines and many years of competitive team sports. By adding a layer of camaraderie its easier to stay consistent and reach goals.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people crush goals that they never thought were possible. It can be as simple as losing 5lbs or as great as completing a marathon after never running more than a mile.
