Though the "noble experiment" of Prohibition failed, other noble experiments, such as teaching horses how to shoot guns and giving suffrage to any horse that could shoot a gun, were huge successes. Celebrate the failure of the 18th Amendment with this Groupon.

Intensive deluxe mixology courses are held at the Queen's Head Pub on the Harvard campus from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturdays. View the full schedule of courses under the drop-down menu next to “Course Date” here.
During courses, a professional bartender leads 3.5 hours of TIPS intervention and safety training—an essential skill for bartenders—as well as 5.5 hours of hands-on mixology training. Burgeoning shakers and stirrers learn to set up bars and make basic, eye-catching drinks. To commemorate their day, students get a T-shirt and book. Though the class certifies students in TIPS, it is not a vocational certification or a license to practice medicine.
Harvard Bartending Course
For more than 25 years, Benjamin Stoller has shaken cocktails and perfected the foam-to-brew ratio in a pint glass. He shares his insider knowledge during fun, hands-on classes taught at the Queen's Head Pub inside Harvard's historic Memorial Hall. Courses focus on the art of mixology, or crafting inspired cocktails with balanced ratios of liquor, mixers, and paper umbrellas. They also delve into specialized skills such as how to present drinks and keep patrons safe.
