At Haven Rooftop, Sanctuary Hotel's rooftop restaurant and lounge, visitors indulge their senses in an exotic urban oasis perched high above the city and the lights of Times Square. Guests lounge on plush cushioned banquettes, surrounded by palm trees, lanterns, and bright stars dangling above from a transparent tent. DJs provide the soundtrack and patrons drink cocktails from award-winning mixologist Isaac Grillo, such as a Desert Rose with Absolut vanilla, prosecco, lime, and rose nectar, and dine on the rooftop's seasonal menu. This excites taste buds with such dishes as shrimp and shaved brussels sprout salad, or Haven's signature chicken with beurre blanc sauce, mesclun salad, and fries.
