What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I am with my clients from the moment I take their coats to pouring a glass of wine, to mixing and applying color and administering a stress- reliving shampoo, to finishing with a beautiful blowout. Most salons have 5 different people whom the client sees during one visit. With me it’s personal!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After a decade and a half I found something was missing from most salons in NYC: the personal touch. I wanted a space where I could tailor the experience to each client: from their favorite music to a “prescription” of my favorite skincare and hair care products. It’s all about the client.

What do you love most about your job?
The women and men of NYC are always on the go. I love that I create a moment for my guest when they can truly relax and not have a care in the world, even if only for an hour. Most of all I love to show clients how to work with their natural textures or how to recreate at home the style I show them.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When one of my clients brings in his/her mom or husband I know i did a great job because they trust me with their loved one. Or when they don’t even have to say a word and trust me to work my magic on their locks.
