What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Headbanger Fitness owner Jermaine Terry is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor/ Nurritionist, and Personal Trainer. My resumes is just part of what makes me a great trainer. In 2010 I made the Bayonne weekly for being the trainer who motivates clients, to meet their goals . Fitness is my 9-5passion
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? If a client is having diffuclty with an exercise I always have a modified version for them to perform untill they get the full understanding and proper technique. There are times I have to "get involved" and do jumping jacks, or push ups and remind them we are in this together. We are conquerors!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Honestly, it had taken a while for me to accept that I made the paper in Bayonne Nj. As I continued training, I was gaining more clientle, and highly noticed by other gyms. I never knew becoming a Group Fitness instructor would bring such a divirse following. I had no choice, but get a fit center.
What do you love most about your job? What I love most about my job is that I work with people from all levels of life, Fit, unfit, recovering cancer patients, to the disabled. I encourage them not to give up because, when we see progress we're winning, and it makes me feel great! Fitness and health is what motivates me every day
