What You'll Get
Everybody unwinds from a stressful day differently: some people get a massage, whereas others watch flames engulf a big pile of tires. Let tension melt away with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $39 for one 60-minute deep-tissue massage with a range-of-motion assessment (an $80 value)
- $35 for one 60-minute deep-tissue massage with therapeutic hot stones and assisted stretching (a $75 value)
- $75 for two 60-minute deep-tissue massages with range-of-motion assessments (a $160 value)
Deep-tissue massage employs slow strokes and focused pressure to break up chronic tension and ease aching muscles. The therapist turns to heated basalt stones and stretching to loosen connective tissues, increase the range of motion, and nurture injured sinews. The assisted stretching targets hamstrings, quads, abductors, and gluteal muscles, and it can help athletes recover from a workout or just aid the the body in preparing for everyday activities. Assessments before and after the treatment can reveal improvements to joint flexibility.

About Healing Spring Massage Therapy
Stuart Feinman draws on ancient techniques and 20 years of experience as he subdues stress and pain seven days a week. Before he opened Healing Spring Massage Therapy, he attended both the Somerset School of Massage Therapy and the Institute of Therapeutic Massage. Today, this ABMP member travels throughout Ocala and the surrounding cities, mending muscles with modalities such as hot-stone massage. He also focuses extensively on range of motion, which has implications for balance, athletic performance, and strength. To work towards improved joint function, he can perform assessments and assisted stretches. In addition to earning national certification in therapeutic massage, Stuart is a first-degree-certified reiki practitioner who strives to channel a universal energy force to encourage healing.
