Came in after an impromptu roadtrip and was able to make a same day appointment. I was seen promptly and the experience was phenomenal having never done a head spa. I did the 120 package, head spa, massage and all the things. We did an analysis of my scalp before we started, the water was slightly lukewarm vs. HOT like I like it so she worked with me and kept adding fresh boiled water to keep me comfortable and warm. On top of a weighted heated blanket .. I LOVE all of this. The massage was wonderful, I fell asleep and woke up to a snore of mine. The headspa experience was unlike anything I've ever experienced and they use Doterra products, HELLO! I did want to note that not only do they use Doterra but she asked about allergies and I actually. have one to tea tree, so that saved a LOT of itching I would have had later... it's the little things and attention to detail. HIGHLY recommend
