What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I began my career in health and wellness almost 17 years ago and I have been able to pull from that experience over the years along with a Master's degree in General Psychology and create a coaching program that my clients have described as "life changing", "challenging" and "worth the effort".

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Starting in a nursing home/rehab facility and eventually branching into my own business as a personal trainer and massage therapist I experience the constant need my clients had for the extra emotional support. Though I do not train or massage anymore, I bring all of that experience over 17 years.

What do you love most about your job?
I LOVE working with my clients and seeing the light in their eyes change as they experience their breakthrough moments. Going from feeling burdened, broken or just tired and transitioning into a place of strength and self-confidence. Coaches don't do your work, we support YOU in doing your work.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A couple I worked with thanked me for helping both them and their spouse to shift from seeing a broken marriage to seeing the greatness in themselves and one another again. That is absolutely priceless. Another client thanked me for helping renew her relationship with her business partner.
