Q:

I want to buy one for my wife, who is currently in Lincoln Park, Chicago. Is this Groupon deal good at the HealthSource locations that appear to be nearby Lincoln Park (e.g., Wicker Park, Northside, etc)?

A:

Hi Todd. Sorry for the delay. This Groupon is valid at these locations.

Q:

What types of massage are available? I'm looking for deep tissue (athlete) massage. I don't have any specific chiropractic problems, just looking for a good masseuse -- is that okay?

Benjamin T.  asked on  Sep 23, 2012

A:

The therapist will usually address the areas of complaint. Dependant on location, most of the therapists will do some deep tissue.

A:

Hmm, I'm still not quite clear -- does the deal cover a full 60-minute deep tissue massage, or something less than that (e.g., a few minutes of deep tissue, but mostly something else)? I'm just an athlete who wants massage for usual post-workout relaxation, no specific problems. I just want to be sure that I have appropriate expectations! Thanks!

Benjamin T.  from  Self  replied on  Sep 23, 2012

A:

Benjamin- The deal covers a 60 minute massage that is catered to your needs. If you would like deep tissue in one area (shoulders for example) and more of a swedish (relaxation) in another area (legs for example), just communicate that with the therapist at the start of your massage. Hope that helps! We hope to see you soon.

Q:

Do you have a solution to neck pain; difficulty turning head/

mary l.  asked on  Sep 23, 2012

A:

Absolutely! Neck pain and tightness can be as simple as tight or sore muscles. Just make the therapist aware of your issue and they will let you know what they feel during the massage.
