Q:

What is the difference between partial highlights and full highlights and how do I know which one I want? I have dark blonde hair and never have had highlights so I don't know which package to choose.

Coleen M.  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

Hello, Coleen! Partial highlights are done on the front and crown of the head, whereas, full highlights are throughout the hair (almost like coloring your hair). As for what package you need to buy, it really depends on what look you're looking for. Best would be to get a consultation from one of the stylists during your appointment. Hope that helps!

Q:

Do you have any openings on Friday. I am travelling to Memphis and would like to get my hair done on Black Friday! I figure everyone else will be out shopping. Please let me know, if I can fit in this weekend as I am only there through Sat, returning home on Sunday

melissa h.  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

Hi, Melissa! Your best bet would be calling at the salon to set up an appointment based on the availability of the stylists!

Q:

I wanted to use this for a birthday gift for my mom. However she is completely gray. Could any of the coloring services offered be used on gray hair? Secondly, how soon would we be able to come in?

stacie c.  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

Thank you for the question, Stacie! Could you call at the salon and describe your mother's hair so that one of the stylists can best guide you with what she will really require? You can also set up an appointment during that time.

Q:

What are low-lights. Would low-lights work to camaflough streaks of graying hair.

Joan W.  asked on  Nov 19, 2012

A:

Hi, Joan! Lowlights are just like highlights but with a darker color. You go one shade above your natural color for a highlight and one shade below your natural color for lowlight. A combination of lowlight with your highlights will smartly hide your gray streaks of hair while making your highlights really pop! Go ahead, try it. You'll love it!

You can upgrade the Groupon at the salon by paying the difference at the location. All in all, you're getting a terrific deal anyway!
