Once you’ve received an empty Heartland Box, you can fill it with the physical media you’d like converted into digital form. Here’s the maximum number of items you can ship back in each box type:
- Moments Box: up to 3 videotapes; 3 reels of film; 3 bundles of 30 images (for a total of 90 photos, slides, or 35mm negatives); or any 3-item combination of these media types
- Decade Box: up to 10 videotapes; 10 reels of film; 10 bundles of 30 images (for a total of 300 photos, slides, or 35mm negatives); or any 10-item combination of these media types
- Lifetime Box: up to 20 videotapes, 20 reels of film; 20 bundles of 50 images (for a total of 1,000 photos, slides, or 35mm negatives); or any 20-item combination of these media types
