It helps the body and mind release stress, ease anxiety, and restore balance to your energy system, creating space for clarity, calm, and emotional resilience. Reiki encourages your body's natural self-healing mechanisms and can be deeply supportive for anyone navigating overwhelm, anxiety, depression, or emotional exhaustion.
During a session, I act as a channel for universal life force energy, allowing it to flow through my hands either lightly placed on your body or held just above it. This helps your nervous system shift from a fight-or-flight state into rest-and-digest mode, releasing tension, quieting the mind, and restoring emotional and energetic balance.
You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a massage table in a peaceful and supportive environment. Many clients notice sensations of warmth, gentle tingling, lightness, or deep relaxation. Emotional releases, subtle energy shifts, or intuitive insights are common, and some people drift into a meditative state or light sleep during the session.
