Q:

The description says delivery is 15 bottles quarterly... is that 60 bottles total or a total of 15 bottles?

Cassie F.  asked on  Nov 12, 2013

A:

Hi Cassie, Thanks for your interest! The Heartwood & Oak wine club ships you 15 bottles every 3 months, 60 bottles a year. If you are asking about the cost, the price is for one shipment of 15 bottles. Each additional shipment is considered a new order. You may cancel at any time or change from your choice of reds/whites/mixed by giving us a call. Also, please keep in mind that we guarantee your satisfaction on every bottle we sell, so if you are not 100% satisfied with a wine just let us know and we will refund you. With that policy, the club is a great way to try new wines at deep discounts to retail and know that you will always have delicious wine on hand if company shows up. Cheers, Josiah
