We’re leading the way to optimizing the small-med office/field work place by creating improved communication & employee self-esteem/satisfaction for less turn over. Setting a standard for teamwork, giving voice to, & enhancing existing strengths to create a more desirable environment for all.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Seeing multiple sides of businesses that often led to issues and unnecessary bumps in the road, revealed a need for a new approach. Often simple adjustments can lead to improved productivity and more. My ultimate vision: a place all employees/customers are valued & maintain long term relations!
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing an employee who’s on the brink of quitting, find their renewed value and voice in their current setting. Watching management redirect their governing authority in a renewed and positive manner; and perhaps the very best is, their surprise when they realize it works!
