I was disappointed with Helen because she seemed to have an attitude about scheduling. I bought the groupon to have fall photos done of my children. Which to me is important. We had scheduled the appointment and the weather was poor so we moved it to the following day. I suggested that we move it to later in the week because the weather would have been better and the land would have been dryer. I was not happy with that day because the only time she had available was 3pm. This was also a bad idea because my son fell asleep in the car so I think she only one picture of him. So i dont have any pictures of the 3 of them. Im hoping the ones she did take of my daughters are good ones. Otherwise i will really be disapointed. I i didn't receive my photos yet, so I hope you don't show her this or tell her the complaint, she will know its me, and i still want my pictures. I felt as if she was more concerned about it being convient for her rather for me and my 3 kids. A 9 month old, 3year old and a four year old is hard enough, she could have been more understanding of time issues with such small children. I will wait to get my photos until I comment on her skills, but over all I was not impressed with her. Thank you
