- Purchase: Limit 6 per person. May be repurchased every 30 days.
- Booking: Reservation required. Must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance using our online flight scheduler. Please arrive 40 minutes early for check-in, safety instructions, and to address any questions. If visiting from out of town, please schedule at the beginning of your trip to allow time for rescheduling due to weather.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid fees. In case of cancellation due to weather or technical issues, vouchers will be extended for one year and an alternative date offered. To cancel or reschedule, email info@heliflights.us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Restrictions: Max weight 270 lbs (121 kg) per person. Upgrade available to add a third passenger (max total 580 lbs / 263 kg). Doors On flights: min age 5 years old with adult. Doors Off flights: min age 12 years old with adult.
- Airport & Weekend Fees: $35 airport fee per person due upon arrival or scheduling. $80 weekend fee applies to Saturdays and Sundays, due upon arrival.
- Identification: Valid ID required (passport or driver’s license). No soft copies allowed.
- Safety & Equipment: Electronics must be securely strapped on Doors Off flights; rentals available onsite. No strapless shoes allowed.
- Other: Flights are non-refundable but can be rescheduled or transferred. This is a weather-dependent activity.
