pOur pizzas are made with dough that we create using century old technique of sponge production ,that allow us to creat dough with stabilizers and conditioners unlike most of the pizza doughs these days.We use live organic yeast and produce a small quantity of dough .This dough is then used as starter to create the whole batch of dough.Its very time consuming but results in healthier chemical free dough ./p
