Hello Tokyo Las Vegas
Designing a sushi meal always involves a lot of choices, but figuring out which rolls to order at Hello Tokyo Las Vegas is an especially big decision. Its selection of house rolls alone numbers 40, including such inventive creations as a salmon-lemon roll with garlic aioli and a shabu-shabu roll with seared Black Angus beef. There are traditional rolls and sashimi as well, which complement entrees like beef teriyaki, panko-encrusted chicken, and miso-marinated black cod. Throughout the menu, guests will find curious fusions of Japanese and Latin flavors: a ceviche sushi roll, seared tuna with salsa, and black-cod taquitos wrapped in soy paper, among others.
