- Booking required: Customers must book their appointment directly through Groupon. You can secure your booking at the time of purchase using the “Book Now” option. Alternatively, select the “Buy Now, Book Later” option and complete your booking in the “My Stuff” section of Groupon after purchasing the voucher.
- Cancellation and rescheduling: Any booking changes (cancellations or rescheduling) can be made directly through the Groupon booking interface in the “My Stuff” section without needing to contact the merchant. If the customer arrives late, the appointment may be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
