This business was started by someone with a huge passion for the business. Giving back to the community and helping people not spend their whole paycheck on a computer issue. Also, not giving in on the quality of work done.

What do you love most about your job?
Interaction with the customers is the best part of this business. This is what I love doing, so when a customer comes in with something new and strange, it is seen as an opportunity to grow in what I love.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
That my quality of work was unbeatable by others who have tried in the past. I take honor in knowing that I'm good at what I do. I bank my whole life on the success of a computer repair. I believe in my ability in getting the job done right the first time I try.
