What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
All of our technicians are trained and certified by NADCA. All of our equipment has HEPA filters. We take the time to clean the entire HVAC system. Every job takes at least 2-3 hours. Furnace cleaning is included in cost of duct cleaning. No hidden fees ever. No nonsense, just clean ducts!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The owners of HEPA VAC were cleaning ducts in the Minneapolis area for the last 12 years. They were tired not having adequate equipment, the shortcuts they were expected to take, and the shady sales techniques. We started HEPA VAC so we can do things the right way.
What do you love most about your job?
It doesn't even feel like a job. I like working with my customers and teaching them about their system. I feel pride knowing that I'm getting the job done right and providing a valuable service. It is very rewarding!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One of our customer's took the time to write a poem about our service and mail it in to us. It was such a nice gesture! I framed it and hung it in the office.
