About Herald Haus Brewing Company
Opening in the winter of 2018, Herald Haus Brewing Company is brewed in history. The building where the brew haus is located in is a former printing and newspaper office. The locally sourced ingredients from the area's vast agricultural community serve up history in every pint with most of the brews being named after local heroes or historians. Herald Haus Brewing Company features eight beers, including:
- Summer Saison 19 (5.5%): This yeast-focused Belgian-style farmhouse ale is highly aromatic giving off a banana and white pepper scent. Pineapple and orange flavors tickle the tastebuds with a dry and refreshing finish.
- Dingman Dark Lager (5.6%): Named after the building's bold founder. A malty dark lager showcasing the locally sourced midnight wheat. This earthy and floral beer is tied together with a toasted biscuit malt.
- Perth County Conspiracy (5%): Named after a local 70s classic rock band, this American pale ale is driven by its tropical notes and slight bitterness.
