I had a really fun time here. The chef was awesome, the recipes were extremely delicious (I will definitely make them again at home...or come to eat at the restaurant), and it was nice that each pair of people got their own portable stove to cook on. However, I do wish they gave out printouts of the recipe and ingredients at the class.

I would have loved to have some thai iced tea or a beverage while learning how to cook. Thank you for the great lesson though. I hope to make more thai food in the future.

The chef was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the recipes we made were tasty and fairly easy to replicate, not too many unusual ingredients.
