I had a great experience with Stana at Heritage Way Mediacal Spa. She listened to what I wanted, was professional but also friendly and put me at ease. There was no upsell. Stana clearly explained the procedure beforehand as well as aftercare and what results I could expect (I had several raised brown spots removed with laser). I waited to see the results before leaving a review - I am very happy and would go back for further treatments.
