HEXX kitchen + bar, like all of Las Vegas, serves up unexpected delights. That doesn't just apply to the cuisine, either. It also applies to the view. It's open 24 hours a day. Early riser or a night owls fuel up at HEXX at any time of day, including eating waffles in the wee morning hours or a choice of classically cut or well prepared steaks.
The menu has international flavor such as spicy chilaquiles, corned beef hash, and cinnaroll waffles on brunch. In the evenings their steakhouse dinner menu brings classic cuts of natural Braveheart beef, Greg Norman Wagyu from Australia, and seasonally inspired entrees.
