Hi-Fi Kitchen & Cocktails
On any given night at Hi-Fi, you're likely to see the lounge's logo projected against the back wall—an old-timey radio tower, its antenna emitting lightning-bolt transmissions. But beside it, LED fireworks explode upon the wall, and beyond that, HDTVs frame the entire spectacle. It's this combination of old and new, retro and digital, that sets the tone at Hi-Fi's locations. On one side of the room, you might find an entire wall built from vintage speakers and black-and-white TVs. On the other, a live DJ spinning current hits on state-of-the-art equipment. Look around, and you may even spot a print of Abe Lincoln hoisting a boombox over his shoulder.
In that spirit, the menu is packed with "amped-up American classics", from a grilled cheese with bacon and tomatoes to a western burger piled with pulled pork and bourbon BBQ sauce. Perhaps the best example of Hi-Fi's delicious old-meets-new dichotomy is its adult milkshakes, which come studded with childhood faves like Reese's cups or peppermint patties, and spiked with shots of premium liquor.
